Office Host Wanted!

Do you want a varied and social job where service is the focus? We are looking for an engaged and service-minded office host who wants to contribute to a smooth and pleasant working environment for both tenants and visitors within service and operations!

About the Role

As an office host, you will work with varied tasks within service and property management. You are an important part of the team and ensure that both internal and external visitors have a positive experience. You will work from 07:30 to 16:30 with a 1-hour lunch break Monday to Friday.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle varied service tasks and property management.
• Be responsible for furniture arrangement, dish handling, and light cleaning during conference bookings.
• Receptionist relief: welcome guests and handle basic reception services.
• Manage mail and goods.
• Assist with preparations for evening conferences (if needed, possible overtime compensation applies).
• Receive and assist external guests as well as internal tenants.
• Order lunches and snacks and handle administrative tasks as needed.

Desirable, but not required:

Knowledge in handling and troubleshooting conference and technical equipment (e.g., Teams equipment).
